Delivery and Shipping Policy

This policy explains delivery areas, dispatch times, delivery method and delivery charges for purchases from Anna Goss Ceramics. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) only. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). At busy times, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Method

We send orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. An upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2-3 working days from dispatch. If you choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout, it aims to deliver in 1-2 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by peak periods, weather, or events outside our control.

Estimated delivery timeframes are in addition to dispatch time.

30-day backstop

We will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the day we accept your order, unless we agree a different timescale with you.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and cover the cost of postage and packaging.

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Risk in Transit (Lost or Damaged)

Your items remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you (or someone you nominate). If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will work with you to resolve it, including offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Damaged Deliveries

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include photos of the item and packaging, as this helps us resolve the issue quickly. Contact us by email at hello@annagossceramics.co.uk or via our website contact form with your order number.

Undeliverable / Returned Parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage charges may apply) or a refund (excluding delivery costs).
